This is an advanced Boot camp that is designed with muscle confusion in mind. You never know what to expect. Things you can expect out of this class are: calisthenics, tabata, wind sprints, distance running, isometrics, plymetrics, and anything else I can imagine.
Basic Training – Tuesday 6:30-7:15 pm
Beginning Boot camp is designed to get people comfortable with calisthenics in a group setting. This is a full body routine that will challenge and motivate you to push yourself to new limits!
CHRISFIT – Saturday 8-9 am
CHRISFIT is a full body class for motivators that don’t want to miss a work out just because it’s the weekend! Like cross conditioning you can expect a wide variety of different training principals to apply.
